Candeur Landmark has garnered a lot of praise but there have been voices of concern as well which have cropped up. I believe if you are thinking about investing in this project then you must check out Candeur Landmark reviews. So I am here to help you out, I have been to this project myself and talked to a few home buyers. These are my observations:
  1. Talking about location, the project is located strategically around the IT Parks and Whitfield area, making it convenient for the working population to commute to work. Not only this, you have access to major parts of the city easily via public and private transportation.
  2. The builders have built a rapport within the real estate industry over the years. They have come up with many luxury projects in Bangalore. I have heard that their service is good and caters to all consumer needs. Relying on that information, I believe we can say that the Candeur Landmark legal reviews should be good.
  3. Now let us go specifically into the Candeur Landmark project. I spoke to a few residents of this project and they said that the builders have delivered on their promises quite well. The amenities as promised are open to them. They were happy with the overall look and feel of their flat, space and interiors. In their own words, “It is classy and urban.” They are yet to experience any problems with the quality of work as I have heard in some odd number of cases but can’t be sure of that.
