What are the reviews of Candeur Signature, Varthur, Bangalore?

According to my Candeur Signature reviews, this is a wonderful project that provides us with a positive feeling about living in this community. I am pleased with the builder's stated quality and timeframe. However, I found a few problems with the builder, which have been noticed and are being addressed as soon as possible. I am pleased with the Candeur Signature location because it is close to schools, hospitals, cult fitness, and many market places. I am also pleased with the amenities supplied, however, there are a few more items to finish on the amenities side. 

The Candeur Signature possession date is October 2027. It is a wonderful area to live in, and I am looking forward to booking a 2 BHK flat here.

I booked an apartment here, and I promptly acquired an occupancy certificate and registration. I have no issues because the location is excellent and everything is readily accessible. The Candeur Signature construction status is still in progress. Here are some things about this project that I admire:

• The walking track

• There are multiple amenities, such as indoor badminton and squash courts, lawn tennis courts, a skating rig, a clubhouse, swimming pools, etc., that are appropriate as per the size of the project.

• The Candeur Signature price starts at Rs 89.33 lakh.

• The design of the room has been carefully planned out. According to it, the bedrooms appear large.

• Each block has three levels of basement parking.

• It is around 200 meters off the main road, and there is a private road leading to the property, giving it a royal appearance.

• The Candeur Signature completion date is October 2027.

• Most significantly, this project complies with Vastu.

I will rate it 9 out of 10 based on my Candeur Signature reviews. 

One of my friends was pissed at these guys. She had purchased an apartment in a Candeur building in December of the previous year. She said the majority of owner apartments were still having trouble completing the Khata transfer. It is despite having paid the necessary fees to the developer. She said once the construction is finished and the apartments have been sold, you'll be on your own. So I think you must think before investing here. Please do a thorough due diligence before making any decisions.
