What are the Reviews of Candeur Twins - P1, Miyapur, Hyderabad?

I found the Candeur Twins P1 unit size spacious compared to the property rates here. You will find 3 BHK properties here but of different sizes, which are:

• 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1920 sq ft

• 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1985 sq ft

• 3 BHK with a carpet area of 2004 sq ft

In other projects, 3 BHKs are a maximum of 1500 sq ft, but here, the size is bigger. As for amenities, this project will have.

• Spa area

• Laundry

• Food court

• Mini theatre

• 6 guest rooms

• Conference rooms and other common ones like gym, pool, children’s play area, etc

Candeur Twins is like a dream project, so you must consider having a property here.

My husband wants to invest in a well-planned and luxurious property in Hyderabad, so after hearing a positive Candeur Twins P1 review, we both checked it out in April and were delighted. I was inclined towards the amenities in this project and there are many. Some of these I can remember include a badminton court, a gym, a conference room, a game room, a guest room, a spa, a laundry room and more.

If I talk about the Candeur Twins Miyapur phase 1 address, it is in Sri Rangapuram colony, Rangapuram in Miyapur. It has good connectivity to the Miyapur Metro Station and other essentials.
