What are the Reviews of Casa Rouge, Kondapur, Hyderabad?

A few weeks ago, when I was looking for properties in Kondapur, Hyderabad, I came across Casa Rouge. After going through a few details, I then contacted the sales team on call. He was very polite and addressed all of my queries at that moment. He also shared the brochure with me and I really loved the Casa Rouge location. I found that this project is -

• 1.1 km away from Kondapur Bus Depot

• 3.2 km away from Hitech City

• 14 minutes away from Himagiri Hospitals

• 17 minutes away from Image Hospitals

• 9 minutes away from Meridian School (my kid’s school)

• 0.4 km away from Reliance Fresh

Given that my child's school and several other facilities were in close proximity to this project, I made the decision to visit the location before making a decision. Please share your Casa Rouge reviews if you have been to this project or are now staying here, since it will assist me in making a final choice.

My sister has been staying in Casa Rouge for the last 1.5 years. Each time I visit, I am in complete awe at how this project is maintained and managed. This is a gated community of eight towers with lots of greenery and open space, a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse with indoor activities, a general store, and amazing neighbours. 

Also, I liked that her flat has anti-skid ceramic tiles, with italian marble dining space and wooden flooring master bedroom. Sharing the Casa Rouge unit size which my sister informed me of during the purchase:

I will rate 5 to the management group due to their excellent work under my Casa Rouge review.

I have been staying in this residential project with my parents for the last 6 years, so sharing my Casa Rouge review with you all. According to me, this is a great apartment. The flats are quite large here. You can also get a large playground area for children, a tennis court, fully equipped gym 24/7 power backup, lift, security staff , gas pipeline, internet service and so on. The process of guest validation is handled very well by the security. Overall, I will rate them 4.
