What are the Reviews of Casablanca Apartment, Bandra West, Mumbai?

Since there are tourist attractions, the neighbourhood essentially has good public transportation because it is a very high lifestyle area of Mumbai. There are readily available taxis and cars, the roads are well-kept, decent schools are close by, and the locals are polite. There are excellent hospitals there, and there are seldom any power outages. However, the most significant and solely unfavourable point I would want to make in this Casablanca apartment review is its high price. However, despite the cost of the flats, it is worthwhile to live here. Bandra has a unique charm that you might not find any place else because of the sea view.

Since the Casablanca apartment building faces the main road, noise and pollution are issues, although they are controllable. There is currently no metro connection available. Parking is a challenge. Children's playgrounds are not very big. On weekends, traffic congestion is a concern due to busy roads.

Also, the flat rate is exorbitantly high. They were providing a quotation of Rs. 5 cr for a 3 BHK flat. I can totally understand that this price is due to its location supremacy, nevertheless, I feel this price is extremely high for any middle-class family.

Casablanca Apartment,  mainly because of its location supremacy. I would like to highlight a few locational features:

• It is just 1 km from the Bandra Railway Station.

• Nearby Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC)

• Mumbai International Airport is around 8 km away.

• Excellent access to all areas of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane by road and rail

• Link Square Mall and Gazebo Shopping Centre are two well-known shopping centres in the area.

• Nearby medical facilities include Lilavati Hospital, Bhabha Hospital, and Holy Family Hospital.

• Easily accessible from Kurla Terminus, the Eastern Expressway, and the Western Expressway

• A favoured residence for many Bollywood superstars
