What are the Reviews of CasaGrand Aldea, Thoraipakkam, Chennai?

I visited this project 3 years ago on the recommendation of my colleague. I liked the project, especially the CasaGrand Aldea unit size. Sharing the floor plan that I found in the brochure that I received at that time from their sales team:

Overall, I found it a good place to settle down and live with all the conveniences of a play area, gym, meditation space, library, jogging track and close to stores selling everyday goods. So, I purchased 3 BHK for my family immediately.

My father visited the CasaGrand Aldea location as he was looking to invest in a 3BHK flat in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. He really liked the location. He said that this project was little on the interior side and away from the busy and noisy Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR). He added that this apartment complex is very well-maintained. The seating gallery and rooftop gardens are beautifully maintained. 

He said this project provides easy access to important routes including the East Coast Road (ECR), OMR, Sholinganallur, Tambaram, and Chennai city center. Apart from all this, he liked that:

• Kumaran Kudi Bus Station - 0.4 km away

• Secretariat Colony Bus Station - just 2 minutes away

• Sugan Hospital - 3.3 km away

• Balaji Medical Centre - 2.8 km away

• Globus Medical India (P) Ltd - 4 km away

• Nilgiris(Sukasri Retails) - 1.7 km away

Overall he loved the project and so did I. So, he made the investment here.

I believe CasaGrand Aldea is among the best gated communities to reside in Thoraipakkam. I have resided here for 5 years, so sharing my CasaGrand Aldea review. It has outstanding maintenance and cleanliness; it doesn't get any better. You can get the common area planned with optimal lighting and ventilation. The courtyard view is breathtaking

Apart from this, the association is proactive; every concern is responded to, discussed as soon as possible, and acceptable solutions are given to each. I highly recommend this project to those who are looking to purchase or invest in Choolaima Nagar, Thoraipakkam, Chennai.
