After going through these Chandak Nostalgia reviews, I was planning to visit this project. One of my friends from Malad informed me that this project is offering Jodi units which I really liked as I have a big family so buying Jodi units would make sense in my case. It is strategically located between Link Road & SV Road, so I believe investing in such a project would yield a good return.
I also heard that the builder is offering luxury and lifestyle amenities designed by the international architect Woods Bagot(Australia). Some of the amenities that I heard of are as follows;

Visitors Parking
Pets Corner
Cricket Pitch
Cycling Track
Jogging Track
Gymnasium
Senior Citizen Sitout

I visited this Chandak Nostalgia project with my parents. This is a high-rise tower and offers private balconies. We got to know that the Chandak Nostalgia pre-launch price for a 2 BHK is Rs. 2.05 Cr. onwards. The project consists of a total of 2 towers. The Chandak Nostalgia unit configuration is as follows;

My sister was planning to buy an apartment in Malad, Mumbai. We called this 02248934298 number to book a site visit to the Chandak Nostalgia project. She was looking for a 1 BHK apartment, and was enquiring about the Chandak Nostalgia1 BHK price, however, we got to know that the project offers only 2, and 3 BHK apartments. They were charging Rs. 5 Lakhs for reserving premises on only 1-floor band. Overall the project is good, and my sister liked it so much that she is planning to book a 2 BHK here.
