What are the Reviews of Civitech Stadia Mahagun Mirabella Noida?

My friend had a gig in Delhi which allowed him to work at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi for 3 years from June 2024. He was looking for properties there. Since he did not get any nearby leads, and I stayed near Sector 79, Noida, he asked me. I asked him to take a look at the details of Civitech Stadia.

He informed everything about that property. He said he first found out about the Civitech Stadia RERA Number which was UPRERAPRJ8725. The flats also completely adhered to the Vaastu principles which gave him a sense of peace. When it came to Civitech Stadia possession date it was not traceable. However, the project was completed in March 2022.

This meant that the flats were ready to use, and this helped him to a great extent. He was happy with the project and got ready to book a flat immediately. The project was just 40 minutes away from the stadium. Civitech Stadia had many amenities which pleased him. Some of them were a library, an ATM, a spa and a skating rink.

I had switched jobs from Bengaluru to Noida and hence was keenly looking for properties. While doing so I happen to view many Civitech Stadia Reviews. Those were very upbeat which compelled me to go and see the project.

When I look at Civitech Stadia location it is at Mahagun Mirabella, Sector 79, Noida. The place I am working is a short distance from here. After making my way to the location, I first wanted to look at the points of connectivity which were in place near the project.

• I found bus stops, grah parvesh society and cape town 2 minutes and 6 minutes away respectively. 

• Noida Sector 81 and 101 metro stations are 2.1 km and 3.7 km away. 

• For healthcare, one can go to Tripathi Hospital which is 8 minutes away. 

• Grofers Shopping Basket is just 2.5 km away which helps to get the essentials quickly.

Also, I found the transport systems are top-notch. The connectivity is superb which made me want to book a flat here.

I had an aunt who lived in Noida. She wanted to put some of her wealth into real estate. After scanning a few properties, she narrowed it down to Civitech Stadia. She visited and keenly asked about Civitech Stadia unit configurations. There were 3 and 4 BHK flats only. The price range was between 1.90 crore Rs to 2.2 crore Rs. 

Since she did not require such a big house, she decided to take the 3 BHK offer. When she prodded about more project information, she found out that Civitech Stadia had a 5-acre area. It had 24 floors, and 6 towers which contained 520 units.

She also saw the project interiors which had Modular switches of quality make. There were ceiling lights on the balconies and a chandelier in the drawing room. The kitchen had wooden cabinets along with modular accessories. Vitrified flooring was done for the full flat.

She liked how the project came together and was very happy that she had made the right investment. She couldn't wait to make a few alterations to her flat and then see how it looked.
