A friend of mine visited the site of Concorde Auriga, three months ago. He told me, minimal progress has been made. The progress of construction is slow, if not completely abysmal. It was shared that the possession of the flat will be given in 2023. I think the timeline will be delayed. Concorde as a builder has many reputed projects under their belt, I'm hoping by the end of 2022. The construction picks up as well. If possible do check the project yourself and read many Concorde Auriga review.

The location of Concorde Auriga is great, the price point offered to us was something close to 4.5k / sqft Concorde Auriga review. When I went three months ago, most of the 3 BHK were sold out. The project offers good access to the railway station Airport. With the construction of the metro line, transportation will be easy there. The last point in my Concorde Auriga review, the flats will get proper sunlight, and ventilation and all of them will have balconies.

The best part of Concorde Auriga is that the project overlooks OMR and has an incredible lake view. The layout shows there will be 80-90% of open space. The project has been approved by BBMP ( Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike). Property wonders will get all the amenities(golf course, badminton court, basketball court, squash court, skating rink, cricket patch, cycling, and jogging track). Gas pipeline from the state provider ie GAIL will be given as well. The quality of construction used is better than what I have seen in other projects. I'm hoping for timely completion.
