What are the Reviews of Concorde Tech Turf, Electronic City, Bangalore?

Sharing my Concorde Tech Turf Review here. I heard a lot about this project from my colleagues in Bangalore, so I visited their site a few months ago. I found Concorde, a reputable builder with high-quality flat construction. I was amazed by the amenities they were offering. 

This project possesses a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, kids' play area, skating rink, sit-out area, park, and guest parking. Apart from that, they are offering excellent round-the-clock security, an in-house plumber, an electrician to address issues swiftly, and various housekeeping personnel who maintain the flat clean. As I loved the facilities and the location, I booked a 3 BHK flat here. The Concorde Tech Turf 3 BHK price for my 1,309 sq ft flat was Rs 90 lakhs.

I found Concorde Tech Turf a very good project. I think this is a pretty great initiative for people who wish to live close to Electronic City. Since my interactions with the Concorde group have been positive, I have invested here. It is a worthwhile project in a prime location in Electronic City. If the management had followed up more frequently and shown initiative to resolve difficulties or obligations made, I could have rated it five stars in my Concorde Tech Turf review.

My father visited this project 6 months ago and shared his Concorde Tech Turf review with me. He was very much impressed with the facilities and the connectivity. It is peacefully situated in a residential area. He said: 

• There is STP capability available. 

• There are retail establishments nearby.

• Upcoming Metro Phase 2 is just 10 minutes away.

• There are multiple malls, reputed hospitals, schools, Wipro Gate 16 and restaurants within 05 minutes distance from the Concorde Tech Turf location. 

He overall loved the Concorde Tech Turf unit configuration apart from the location, so booked a 3 BHK of 1,375 sq ft immediately.
