What are the Reviews of Creative Residency HSR Layout Bangalore?

My Grandfather visited the Creative Residency project. He went to the location and gained a full understanding of the Creative Residency unit configurations. He found out that there were only 2 and 3 BHK flats available.

Since he was living alone, he decided that a 2BHK flat would suit them. He decided to purchase it since the budget range was between Rs. 58.03 Lakh to Rs. 69.06 Lakh for a 2BHK. He was very happy about the decision that he made.

My Uncle’s new workplace is at HSR Layout so he wanted to buy a property in that area and avoid traffic. When he heard of Creative Residency, he wanted to check it out immediately.

He went to the project and asked about some important details. He liked how the project was shaped up and checked the amenities.

• It had a fully functioning gym and clubhouse

• There was an indoor gaming zone for the residents. 

• There is round-the-clock security and rainwater harvesting measures have been put in place. 

• A generator facility is provided.

He liked the amenities. Creative Residency possession date was in 2010. The flats were readily available which was a big help to him. He decided to buy a flat and shift at the earliest.

While looking for properties in Bangalore, I came across a few Creative Residency reviews. The feedback from the reviews was positive so I decided to venture out and check the project.

Creative Residency location is at 24th Main Rd, ITI Layout, Sector 7, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. 

Once I got there I put myself at ease with the surrounding hotspots around the project. Let us take a look at some of them. 

• Silk Board Bus Stop and Krupanidhi College Bus Stop are only 4.3 km and 4.5 km away.

• Annayya Hospital is 2.6 km away and Jayashree Multispeciality Hospital is 5.9 km away. 

• VIBGYOR High School Harlur is 1.3 km away. National Public School is 2.9 km away.

• Shop On Supermarket is 1.4 km away. Freshco Hypermarket is 1.8 km away. 

The overall connectivity with other parts of Bangalore is outstanding. One need not go too far for essentials. I’ve booked a flat here.
