I saw an ad for Crystal Arnus in a magazine and wanted to inquire about it. I was connected with a sales person who helped me know Crystal Arnus unit configurations and prices. The project offers 1 and 2 BHK flats which range from Rs 2.39 crore to Rs 3.42 crore.
About the interiors, I was told that vitrified tiles were used for the full flat. A granite platform was provided for the kitchen. The windows were sliding ones which were powder coated. I am working on my financial proof and due diligence of the property with my lawyers. I will buy the flat.

My friend recently visited this society and he told me that the Crystal Armus RERA Number is P51800000753. He said possession of the flat was given back in 2018 and the quality of construction is good too. He has been living here since then and I can say that his house still looks newly built.

I bought a flat here in 2017 and just a year later, I was handed over Crystal Armus possession. I chose to buy a flat here because the connectivity of this project is excellent. Houses here are decently spacious. I can enjoy so many facilities within the complex. And I can get anywhere damn easily. Trains, buses and metro trains are easily accessible. For entertainment I can just step out and walk into movie theatres and malls which are close by.
I am really happy with my decision.
