This is a very good project in this area with a nice view of Kokapet lake, well-designed and roomy floor plans. Overall, the WestBrook Cybercity project has been a positive experience. It is a very centrally located property that is not only close to the new Kokapet SEZ, but also within 10 kilometres of the Financial District and Hi-Tech. Within 2-3 kilometres of the project, there are five metro stations. The demonstration that was provided to me was quite positive. I'm hoping that the project will be finished on time.
Suggestion:I'd like to see Cybercity focus on solar power to make the project more environmentally friendly and to utilise it effectively throughout the property.

They are the most unprofessional people you will ever meet. When it comes to collecting funds, they are quite prompt, but when it comes to the handover, there is no communication or transparency, which means it is up to you to follow up since they take no initiative. The management does anything they want, and the CRMs are only their messengers with no authority. Regardless, if you want to deal in this Cybercity Westbrook project, please be extremely cautious with your payments and taxes, and double-check everything, including what they write on the receipts.
