What are the Reviews of Desai Grandeur Whitefield Bangalore?

While researching properties in Hebbal, Bangalore, I came across a Purva Pavilion review. After going through it, I felt that it would be worthwhile to have a look at the project.

I found out about the Purva Pavilion location, which is Kuvempu Rd, Vayunandana Layout, Hebbal Kempapura, Bengaluru. This is yet another project by the Purvankara Group.

After visiting the Purva Pavilion I understood the important connecting points around the project:

• Vidya Niketan School and Jain Heritage School are 0.4 and 0.5 km away respectively.

• Manipal Hospital Hebbal is 3 mintues away and Eesha Multispeciality Hospital is 2 mintues away.

• BMTC Hebbal bus depot is 3 mintues away. Kanaka Nagar is 6 minutes away.

• Phoenix Mall of Asia is 4.6 km away from Purva Pavilion.

The overall connectivity is solid and I am very happy about it. Hebbal is one of the busiest areas in Bangalore which will lead to land appreciation in the future. So I am planning to book an apartment for this project.

My friend wanted to invest in properties around Whitefield. When he heard about Desai Grandeur, he called and enquired about Desai Grandeur’s unit configurations and other details and found that:

• The total project area is 2 acres. 

• The unit configurations are 2.5 and 3 BHK.

He is all set to have a 2.5 BHK here so I can assure you that this project is worth investing in. 

My Aunt wanted to buy a property in Whitefield as her family was moving there. When she learned about Desai Grandeur she visited it and seemed to have loved it. She found out that:

• Desai Grandeur RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180611/001887 and has no litigation surrounding it

• All the apartments are Vastu-compliant here

• The project has a separate children’s play area.

• It has implemented Rainwater Harvesting and STP measures.

• The project has a well-equipped gym and a jogging track.

• The project has a clubhouse and a separate party area as well

My Aunt was happy with the amenities and the overall look of the project and will be purchasing a property by next month. I hope you are aware that the Desai Grandeur possession date was July 2021, so you will get ready to move in apartments here.

While searching for a decent project to invest in, my friend shared with me a Desai Grandeur Review and suggested I check it out. I did visit the project and found it pretty good. The exact Desai Grandeur location is: beside Prestige May Berry, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Road, Near Hope Farm Signal, Whitefield. The 

• Channsandra and Kadugodi Bus stations are just 5 minutes and 9 minutes away respectively.

• Kadugodi Railway Station is 4.4 km away.

• Dr Munisingh Hospital and Sai Baba Hospital are 2 minutes and 4 minutes away respectively.

• Deens Academy is 7 minutes away. Ryan International School is 28 km away.

• Vogo Zone and INOX Forum Value Mall are 5 and 8 minutes away respectively.

I have booked a 3 BHK here and will be moving in by this year’s end and will definitely recommend others to invest here.
