What are the Reviews of Disha Courtyard Whitefield Bangalore?

My Cousin got married and moved to Whitefield. Since her workplace also got shifted there, he looked for properties. When he found out about Disha Courtyard, he checked the project and enquired about important details.

He learned that Disha Courtyard RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/190123/002296. The flats are totally Vastu compliant. He was also shown the project amenities,

• The project has multiple sports courts and a skating rink.

• Rainwater Harvesting measures and STP are implemented.

• A clubhouse has been built. There is a separate party hall for the residents.

• Disha Courtyard has a separate children’s play area and Indoor gaming area.

• A power backup facility is available here.

Disha Courtyard Possession Date was December 2021. This helped my cousin shift quickly as he decided to book a flat here.

On my lookout for properties, I looked at a Disha Courtyard review. After going through it, I decided to schedule a project tour. 

Disha Courtyard location is Ganesh, Yallamma Devi Temple Rd, Vijayanagara, Whitefield, Bengaluru. At the project tour, I learned about various connecting points around it.

• Vijayanagara bus stop is 0.4 km away. Hagadur bus stop is 1.2 km away.

• Whitefield train station is 13 minutes away. Hoodi Halt station is 22 minutes away.

• Dr Munisingh Hospital is 0.8 km away. New Life Hospital is 4.1 km away.

• Inox Forum Value Mall is 9 minutes away. 

• Loyal City Hyper Market is 6 minutes away. The Whitefield Market is 3.5 km away.

I was highly impressed with the overall connectivity. The easy availability of essentials was another striking factor. I am planning to book an apartment here. 

One of my friends invested here. E said that the total project area is 4 acres. Disha Courtyard unit configurations are 1,2 and 3 BHK. 

He also highlighted the project’s interiors:

• UPVC Windows with MS safety grills.

• Vitrified tiles for the full flat. Ceramic tiles have been used in the utility area.

• Waterproof Emulsion paints for interiors.

• High-quality sanitary ware has been installed.

• A Granite platform with a steel sink has been done for the kitchen.

• Main door with custom-made wood frame and shutters.

• Custom-made frames for other doors with moulded panel shutters.

Overall, he is very happy with his investment here.
