What are the reviews of DLF Alameda, Sector 73, Gurgaon?

When I invested in DLF Alameda, I remember that it was named as one of the greatest gated communities by DLF in Gurugram, Haryana. I can tell you that the roads and parks are kept up well. The

DLF Alameda plots price is also manageable by most people. But what I don’t like here is that ea

ch quarter, maintenance costs Rs. 22000. Also the price is too high for a

3 BHK Villa, Land, 3, 4, 5 BHK Independent Floor as it ranges between

₹ 2.61 - 18.4 Cr+ Govt. Charges. Also, theft occurs frequently in our society. The

DLF Alameda brochure will show you a different picture but in reality, the

DLF Alameda is now just a building with empty storeys. You should know that neither a club nor a market exists near the property, so, without a vehicle, getting here is challenging. 

Other than that, I have not been facing any other issues here in DLF Alameda.

I've never seen a project that is as well planned as DLF Alameda. I feel that the

DLF Alameda plots size and the

setting are excellent. The plot sizes range between

252 SQYD to 693 SQYD and the price for these plots ranges from ₹2.50 - 5.36 Cr with a booking amount of just ₹ 10 lacs.

It is close to nature and a truly lovely place to live. I should also tell you that it is easily accessible via Southern Peripheral Road(SPR). The

DLF Alameda independent floors have a

calm environment with some greenery and are not too crowded. Although, not all plots have been occupied yet because the property rates are extremely high. If you have kids there is one more advantage: Suraj College, Lady Florence School, and CD International School are just 4–5 km from DLF Alameda.

When I was passing by this property gate, it seemed quite beautiful. So I visited it the very next day. I have seen the brochure and the amenities were very appealing. It includes entry and exit with access control, a perimeter with a proper boundary wall, services for property upkeep, a 24x7 electricity reserve, an exclusive recreational venue, a centre for healthcare, drainage of stormwater, etc. After seeing such amenities, I started arranging funds to get a plot here. Once I am done with all the procedures, I will share more thoughts regarding the DLF Alameda review.

I have read one DLF Alameda review, so let me walk you through that. DLF in Gurugram named this project among the finest gated communities. But from what I read, stealing occurs frequently in this popular society. There is no marketplace nearby and you can’t reach here without a vehicle of your own. When I visited this property site, I was quite impressed with the surrounding environment and structure. I really liked their plot sizes and the associated price range. They offer plot areas from 4842 sq ft to 9000 sq ft with a price range of Rs.4.50 to Rs.8.30 Crores. I was so impressed with the site location and booked my plot on the spot for Rs.5.60 Crores. If you also desire to invest in luxury, this can be a great choice.
