What are the Reviews of Dosti Desire Phase 2, Thane, Mumbai?

I checked out this project in August and was quite impressed. The Dosti Desire Phase 2 rera number has been assigned so be sure it has no legal issues surrounding it. Some other important aspects of this project are:

• The Dosti Desire Phase 2 price starts from Rs 1.33 crore onwards

• The Dosti Desire Phase 2 unit size is between 650 sq ft and 1039 sq ft

• Flexi payment plan is made available for homebuyers 

• All the residents can enjoy green views and serene surroundings

The only problem is that the Dosti Desire Phase 2 possession date, August 2027, is a bit late or else I would have already booked an apartment here. It will take three more years to be completed and I am sure they will be able to deliver it on time. I will visit it soon and would definitely share another review if possible.

After going through several Dosti desire phase 2 reviews, I decided to visit the project. I always wanted to buy an apartment in Thane. After visiting the site of Dosti, I really liked it. However, one of my friends informed me about another good project in Thane, that is,

. Both Ashar Pulse, and Dosti Desire are under construction project, and the expected possession for both is by 2027. I discovered that Ashar Pulse is located in Majiwada junction, Thane. It is offering 1, and 2 BHK apartments, and the starting price is RS. 95 lakhs. Although Dosti is a fantastic project, I think it would be more cost-effective to purchase an apartment in Ashar Pulse. I find the starting price of Dosti Desire Phase 2 to be pretty exorbitant at Rs. 1.15 CR.

I was planning to book an apartment in Thane. My friend informed me about this project. He was telling me that the starting Dosti Desire Phase 2 price of a 2 & 3 BHK is Rs. 1.15 CR (Inclusive price). He also told me that this is an under-construction project and the expected Dosti desire phase 2 completion date is by August 2027.

When I visited this site, I got to know that the starting Dosti Desire Phase 2 flat price for a 3 BHK is Rs.  1.70 CR onwards. 

My sister visited the site a few days back. She told me that the exact Dosti Desire phase 2 location is near Orchids International School, one Hiranandani Park, off Ghodbunder road, behind, Brahmand Rd, Thane, Maharashtra 400607. The builder team informed her that the project offers 2 BHK with a carpet (SqFt) ranging from 650 - 7202, and 3 BHK with a carpet (SqFt) of 963 - 1039. This is a RERA registered project and the RERA ID is P51700049421. However, my sister was a bit confused about the Dosti Desire phase 2 possession date. I’d really appreciate it if someone could provide us with the information. Thanks in advance!
