Dosti Eastern Bay is the latest project that is being constructed near the

MCGM Wadala Office, Uphill Link Road, Wadala, in Mumbai. This is the proper

Dosti Eastern Bay Wadala address. I am a resident of Wadala, so I have a lot of information about this project. My friend has already shared with me the Dosti Eastern Bay Wadala floor plan since she is really interested in having a house here, so let me share it with you all as well-

This project is RERA-approved as well. The MAHARERA registration numbers for this project are as follows-

• Dosti Eastern Bay, Phase 1 (P51900025142)

• Dosti Eastern Bay, Phase 2 (P51900030769) 

• Dosti Eastern Bay, Phase 3 (P51900032067)

As for the Dosti Eastern Bay construction update, let me tell you that it has a long way to go. The project is currently in the mid-construction stage. I would hence personally suggest you wait a few more years to see its progress and know more details about it. But overall, it is expected to be one of the finest projects in Wadala. 

I am really interested in this project. I visited this project in February and learned that the

Dosti Eastern Bay possession date is set for 2027, which is quite late, I know. However, I really liked some of the aspects, like-

• Good quality vitrified flooring will be available in all rooms, toilets, and utility areas.

• For the utility area and bathrooms, they have taken all the precautions, and anti-skid tile flooring will be constructed there to avoid accidents.

• The kitchens are planned to have the best look. You will get a quartz agglomerated platform with marble support and a branded stainless steel sink.

• The electrical work has also been executed well. All the wires are concealed, the fittings are of branded quality, and more.

• Premium quality and eco-friendly paints are to be used for the apartments.

These are some of the specifications I know as of now. Since the project has a lot of time left to get completed, it is hard to say what they will actually be providing. But if they keep their promise and provide premium apartments, I will be a buyer for sure.

But when I paid a visit to the project I realised how difficult the traffic situation was near the area. It took me 3 times more time to reach the destination due to heavy traffic in the area. The cab driver also told me that the traffic is mostly the same in the area for the entire day. I also realised how weak the transport system was in the area. So, I would suggest you do your research before investing in Dosti Eastern Bay.

This property is very close to my husband’s office and is just 2.1 km from the Dadar Railway station. We also visited the property and found out that the property boasts world-class amenities. There are also good schools and hospitals in close vicinity. We are going to move into our new home very soon.
