What are the Reviews of Dreams Aakruti Hadaspar Pune?

My relative was a sports journalist. Since a lot of sports events took place in Mumbai and Pune he wanted to buy a property there. When he learnt about Dreams Aakruti, he wasted no time in having a look. He also shared his Dreams Aakruti review with me.

His first question was about the Dreams Aakruti unit configurations. He understood that there were only 1 and 2 BHK flats available. The price range was between 26.7 Lakh Rs to 38.4 lakh Rs. 

He looked at some of the flats and found that they were earthquake resistant, King Size windows were fitted into the living and bedrooms. The windows were of aluminium and powder coated.External Sills were put on all four sides of the window.

Vitrified tiles were used in all areas except the bathrooms and balconies. He liked how the project looked and decided on buying a 1BHK flat as he lived alone.

My cousin planned a visit to Pune for two weeks. He wanted to check out some properties in that time frame. Since I was also looking for a property near Hadapsar, Pune, I asked a few of my colleagues. I heard about Dreams Aakruti and felt the need to see it.

So, my cousin and I got to the location and conversed with the sales team. At this point we got to know about Dream Aakruti RERA Number which was P52100004275. We were happy that the project adhered to all requisite regulations. The project was also fully in line with Vaastu.

Then I asked the sales team about Dreams Aakruti Possession date and they said we could readily buy a flat.

The project amenities were also shown to us. It had an internet facility, multiple sports courts, a gym and jogging track. Rainwater Harvesting measures and Fire Safety were in force. We both liked the amenities and decided to buy a flat here.

Since I decided to shift to Noble Hospitals & Research Centre in Pune by the next year, I started looking at properties there. While scouring high and low for properties I came across many Dreams Aakruti Review. Those were very appealing so I felt that it would be a wise decision to go and check out the project.

Dreams Aakruti is located at Sanket Vihar Rd, Shiv Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune, Autade Handewadi, Maharashtra. I first decided to get used to the nearby points which were around the project.

• The Sasane Nagar Bus Stop along  with the one at Akashwani were very near. 

• There was railway connectivity from the Saswad Road and Manjari Budruk stations. 

• There are four hospitals in the vicinity from where healthcare facilities can be availed.

• VIBGYOR High School, NIBM  and KARIS were located a short distance away. 

• Dmart and Mahalaxmi Traders are located near the project which helps to buy essentials fast. 

I felt that the connectivity is robust and I would want to lock in a flat here soon.
