What are the reviews of DS Max Starline Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore ?

I need to see a few properties for investment purposes. This led me to DS Max Starline reviews. The reviews gave a lot of positive feedback and I wanted to have a look at it.

DX Max Starline location is in Electronic City Phase 2 Bangalore. It took some time to get to the project as it was quite a distance. I decided to explore the area around the project. 

Bus Stops like B M T C Bus Depot 38 and Dodda Nagamangala are nearby. Heelalige Train Station is the only one in the area. There are three hospitals and a medical centre in the area. Supermarkets like D mart and More help one pick up essentials. Overall, DX Max Starline location is convenient with good infrastructure around. I just need to know more about living experience there. Can anyone help me with that?

My uncle who lives in Tamil Nadu wanted to check properties around Electronic City in Bangalore. On his behalf, I went to check out the DS Max Starline project.

I started by asking about DX Max Starline RERA Number. It’s PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180313/001980|-1. The houses are fully Vaastu compliant. The project was completed in August 2018 and if he buys a house here, he can move right in.

He had specifically asked me to note down project amenities. Some of them were a park, gym, jogging track and power backup facility. He is in touch with the bank regarding loan options. I believe he might invest here.

My cousin wanted to have a look at properties in Bangalore. He narrowed down to four properties but wanted to go and see DS Max Starline first. He got the project location and had a chat with the sales team.

Then he asked about DS Max Starline unit configurations. There were only 3 BHK flats available at that time. I accompanied him so I can share a few details about the interiors that I noticed. Vitrified flooring was done through the flat. The main door had a natural wood frame with Masonite Skin shutters on both sides.

The modular switches of good make were installed. The painting for the flat was oil bound distemper. He was happy with the interiors, location and overall offerings of the project. He has locked in a 3BHK flat at around Rs to 68.7 Lakhs.
