I visited this property office last month only to take a thorough look. So let me share my initial DSR Parkway review. I would say it is an affordable property in a decent location. I am planning to book a 2 BHK apartment after looking through the facilities and floor plans. It is going to cost me around Rs.70 Lakhs along with all the procedures. From what I observed, the development is moving forward in full force. My only hope is to get the possession on the date they have estimated. In my DSR Builders Bangalore review, I have to vouch for the exceptional sales team at DSR Parkway in Sarjapur Road, Carmelaram, and Bhoganhalli. They must have been the market's top builders. I had a conversation with a marketing group member, and I was pleasantly surprised by how serious and well-informed they were. I have seen cases when the builder adopts a "accept it or forget it" attitude while selling a project. But in this case, the builder was extremely kind and explained every detail. I ultimately booked 3 BHK flats here. However, the DSR Parkway possession date that I received is July 2024.

The DSR Parkway price for 1, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK flats start at a cost of Rs. 1.12 crore. After touring the project with my father, my sister was able to provide me with some details. Let me share what I learned from her as I think many of you are also looking for a review on it.

  • This project’s RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/190809/002793.

  • The size of the 2 BHK floor plans ranges from 779 to 839 square feet.

  • The floor plan for a 2.5 BHK is 838 square feet.

  • The 3BHK flat is 937 and 1051 square feet in size.

  • There are 597 residences and 8.87 acres of land at the DSR Parkway location.

  • Under this project, there are more than 25 amenities.

  • The

    DSR Parkway completion date as of now

    is expected to be July 2024.

My sister gave this project an 8 out of 10 which means it is good, when I asked her to rate it.

My father had a terrible experience with this property. He said all of DSR builder's executives are dishonest. They consistently provided dates and made false commitments when he tried to complete the deal. Then they unexpectedly cancelled the apartment without giving him any notice. They are now requesting him to rebook the apartment at the higher pricing because the rates per square foot have increased. One of my friends shared his DSR Parkway review with me, so let me walk you through that. He said he was not getting a cab to reach this project as it is quite away from the city. So he had to wait for a long time. Public transportation is less in this area and you will find less traffic on the route. He also said that the cost of apartments is relatively expensive because of advertising, despite the poor location. And you have to travel to Sarjapur Road market if you are in need of anything. If you get such a horrible experience after paying such a huge price, I don’t think you should go ahead.
