What are the reviews of DX Max SkyBlossom Begur, Bangalore?

The 3 BHK Price at DS Max SkyBlossom starts from Rs. 85.5 lakh onwards. I think it is quite reasonable given the property prices in Bangalore. As far as the location goes, it is actually good with ample connectivity options. The project has easy access to the Central Silk Board. GIBS Business School and Royal Concorde School are close by. Fortis Hospital and Narayana Hrudalaya are within a good distance. Gopal Mall and Royal Meenakshi Mall are close by so shopping becomes easy. I am planning to book a flat here soon.

One of my friends enquired about DS Max SkyBlossom Unit configurations, here are the details he found-

• The Carpet Area of 2BHK has two options - 784 sq ft and 865 sq ft.

• For 3 BHK there are two options available - 952 sq ft and 1258 sq ft.

My friend also shared details of the project interiors. He said that the terrace of the flat he saw had a cement concrete finish. He was told that high-quality ceramic tiles will be used for the toilets. The Main Door will be a hardwood timber Veneer among many high-quality materials that are planned to be used for house interiors. The mock up he showed was promising. I think you should go and check the flats yourself for a better understanding.

While Looking for properties to invest in, My uncle came across many DS Max Sky Blossom Reviews. DS Max SkyBlossom location is near Little Angels High School, Nice Road, Begur, Bangalore. 

My uncle found out the project is under construction. DS Max SkyBlossom possession date is February 2029. The project is BBMP-approved. DS Max Sky Blossom also has RERA approval and DS Max SkyBlossom RERA Number is - PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/210324/006724. The project is spread across 1.30 acres of land with 255 units planned to be constructed. 

DS Max Sky Blossom is also totally Vastu compliant. He is looking at some other aspects of the project too, I will inform you more once I hear from him.
