What are the Reviews of Dynamic Passcode Avante, Undri, Pune?

Hello. While planning for the future, we decided to buy a house around 5-6 years from now. We got married a while back and have started to look at upcoming projects in Pune. We thus visited the Dynamic Passcode Avante in Undri. It is a spacious project with 650 flats in it. Apart from the location factor, I quite liked the amenities here. They have a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, skating rink, and amphitheatre, and the building is also Vastu-compliant. This is amongst a few we’ve really liked. The Dynamic Passcode Avante possession date is December 2029, which is perfect for us. For a good alternative, we find

I would like to share a Dynamic Passcode Avante review based on my experience after the site visit a few days ago. The project is being constructed over a big chunk of land, i.e. 15 acres. The Dynamic Passcode Avante address is near Octroi Naka on the Wadachi Wadi Road in Undri. The Nirvana Hospital is within 1 km, with the Vibgyor school within a decent distance, too. This would benefit our daughter, who goes to the same school. The Dynamic Passcode Avante RERA number is P52100046251. We are looking to move into the house a few years from now, and this project offers us exactly the same. So, hopefully, we will lock a 2 BHK soon.

I made a visit to Dynamic Passcode Avante, after hearing about it from my uncle, who works in the real-estate industry. We have been actively looking to buy a 3 BHK flat in Pune, specifically in the Undri region. Our search came to a halt after enquiring about this property. The 3 BHK comes with a decent RERA area of 1002 sq. ft., and the Dynamic Passcode Avante price ranges between  Rs. 52.94 Lacs - and Rs. 77.58 Lacs. I feel this is a really good deal as Undri is just 10 minutes away from our store, and the price is also under our budget.
