The construction quality of this
Eldeco Acclaim project
falls short of expectations. The infrastructure, such as the lifts and other devices, is constantly broken. A hailstorm that occurred a few months ago caused the sliding doors and windows to come off their hinges, putting lives at risk. Because the walls are so fragile, there have been cases where the TV and bookshelves have fallen from the walls. Not worth spending hard-earned money on this project.

I visited this Eldeco Acclaim project a few months back. Though I was satisfied with the project I was not at all impressed with the locality. One of my friends who stays in Sohna complained about the several problems that this locality face. In this

review, I would like to mention a few locational disadvantages which I feel are worth mentioning; inadequate electricity supply in the Sohna region, erratic public transit systems; such as the metro and buses, which force locals to rely on private vehicles, although there is a large market in Sohna for everyday requirements, larger retail centres are at least 17–20 kilometres away, as this region is still developing the region remains vacant at night, which causes security concerns.
I am a bit sceptical about whether I should invest here or not.

I am a single parent, and I stay with my aged parents. Security was my utmost concern while looking for an apartment. However, I am satisfied with this project, as this project is completely under CCTV surveillance, and there is 24 hrs security. When I visited the society, the sales team said that the cost for the Eldeco Acclaim flats ranges between Rs. 78 and Rs. 94.8 lakhs. I believe the cost is reasonable, as one of the best areas in Gurgaon to purchase a home is Sohna. It is only 1 km from G D Goenka University where I am working as a lecturer. Also, it is near Delhi-Mumbai E-way and provides extensive road connectivity via NH-248A (Gurgaon-Sohna Road) and NH-919 (connecting Sohna to Rewari & Palwal). It is also located only 1.7 km away from the Vardaan hospital.
