Last month, my uncle went to the Elegant Altima project in Subramanyapura, Bengaluru. He told me that the building was finished or ready to move into. We reserved a flat here. Indoor games, a gas pipeline, a badminton court, a rainwater collection, a kids' play area, a park, a clubhouse, guest parking, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and other amenities are provided here. The Elegant Altima developer has stated that possession will be in August 2023, however, I believe it will be a little delayed. Regardless, I am quite excited to live there. I took advantage of their pre-launch offer and reserved a flat. I spotted the Elegant Altima Kanakapura Road floor plan for a 2 BHK and decided to go with that. My Elegant Altima flat's initial price is Rs. 62 lakh. I am pleased with the project's location and am looking forward to living in a modern environment. The Elegant Altima development is a fantastic place to purchase an apartment close to Subramanyapura, Bengaluru. It has the benefit of being close to various metro stations, including Thalaghattapura, Doddakallasandra, and Vajarahalli. The Bayyanapalya bus station is quite near the entrance of the main gate, which contains more than 13 amenities.
