What are the reviews of Embassy Meadows Koramangala Bangalore ?

My sister wanted to go and have a look at properties in Koramangala, when I suggested she go and see Embassy Meadows, she complied and had a look at the project. At the location she was taken on a tour by the representative.

She talked to him about the Embassy Meadows unit configurations and understood that 2 BHK flats were the only ones available. The property prices are quite high given Koramangala is a hotspot for real estate investors. The property she looked at was of Rs. 3.9 crore. 

Overall, this project has 84 units, 7 floors and a total of 3 towers. She is contemplating investment here. I will gather more details and let you know.

A friend I knew wanted to change houses from Jayanagar to Koramangala since he worked at Dairy Circle. At that point, he was told about Embassy Meadows. Since it was close to his workplace, he went and checked it out. He found out the project was an old one and was finished in March 2004.

After a short conversation, he went and took a look at the project amenities. It had a Banquet Hall, Park, Generator Facility and a cycling and jogging track. He liked how well the project was maintained.

He wanted to lock in on a flat here as he understood that it would be very near to his office and it would save him a lot of travel time. Hearing it from him, this seems like a good investment. 

While searching for properties, I ended up looking at many Embassy Meadows reviews. Since Koramangala is a hotspot for properties and has a great property appreciation record, I wanted to invest here. 

Embassy Meadows location is strategic and enjoys amazing connectivity with other places in the city. 

On my visit I took a note that the Krupanidhi College bus stop is nearest for commuting. Metro Stations such as Trinity, Indiranagar and Halasuru are all accessible within 20 minutes. Bethany High School and Christ University are close by.

For daily needs, Safal Daily Fresh and Top in Town are quickly accessible. I can easily go to my office at Sarjapur Road. I think it’ll be a good investment. Has anyone else visited the project yet? Please share your thoughts.
