I am here to give you my Ferns City review. I recently went there to see the 4 BHK flat on sale and came back quite impressed. The connectivity is good with the Outer Ring Road and Old Madras Road intersecting here, metro stations like Hoodi and Baiyappanhalli are 3-5 km away, so reaching other parts of the city won’t be an issue.
I also liked the range of amenities here, like the badminton court, a maintenance staff, a tennis court, a jogging track, a library and more. I have yet to decide on this project, but this is definitely one of the best I have seen thus far.

The whole project is built on a massive 15 acres. You will have a lot of space to move around as there is a big park and other open spaces. I saw you were looking for Ferns City reviews and I can share mine. The Ferns City location is at Doddanekundi, with a good mix of everything. Amongst bus stops, Kanasu and Rameshnagara are near to the society. You can also travel to Phoenix Marketcity and Park Square Mall pretty quickly. The accessibility is good around the project.
