What are the reviews of Forest Edge, Bachupally, Hyderabad?

I took the effort of visiting Forest Edge to make sure that all the positive Forest Edge reviews that I was reading were true. The townships here are integrated and there are many 2 BHK apartments and a few residential villas. Bachupally is also a cheaper location in comparison to its surrounding areas. Forest Edge is around 12 kilometres from the Hafeezpet MMTS station, can a consumer approach RERA and NCDRC simultaneously from the Hyderabad Deccan railway station and it is approximately 8 kilometres from Patancheru Industrial Cluster. This property also provides renting options for those with average incomes.

Nehru Outer Ring Road is also nearby. There are parking lots along the roadways but not in the apartment complex. But I think all the other factors overshadow this factor.

I think I will invest in Forest Edge in the coming months.

Forest Edge has a very clean locality. The roads around it are good, the people living in the locality are great. I did manage to talk to some of them. Forest Edge is located in a family-friendly neighbourhood with the best market, many hospitals, and a few parks. 

Several well-known schools in the area include Oakridge International, Ambitus World School, and Geetanjali Olympiad School. Hospitals like Sri Swastik Hospital, Relief Hospital, and SLG Hospital are located here but Forest Edge is 45 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Which is a point of concern.

I am waiting for a few more Forest Edge reviews before I make my decision to buy a flat here.

I did not like Forest Edge at all during my visit. There is a dumpyard close by to the apartment complex. There are food stands lined on both the sides of the road outside Forest Edge. Even though there is nearby metro connectivity, there are no taxi or auto services available. Since the street lights outside the community do not function correctly at night, it is difficult for people to go outside because thieves are out and about. Additionally, because police patrols are irregular, there are a lot of robberies that occur at night.

All I have to say in my Forest Edge reviews is that the area of Bachupally is not very safe which degrades the value of the property. I would not spend my money here.

I visited Forest Edge last month with my sister. She wanted to buy an apartment there. I can say that the structure is of outstanding construction quality. The builders and developers value their customers. They work very hard and are very motivated to provide their consumers with high-quality structures. There is also a decent CBSE school close by which was a plus for my sister. There is no power outage here and additionally, a 24-hour mall with all necessary items is located just three kilometres away.

But there is a huge amount of air pollution from industrial belts close by. We even noticed the poor bus service frequency and numerous pitfalls on the Bachupally-Nizampet road. 

My sister is going to take some time to think about the property and then decide if she would spend time here in Forest Edge.
