My friend lives in Fortune Perfect. She told me that the Fortune Perfect unit configurations are1 BHK and 2 BHK flats. The price starts at Rs 49.7 Lakh. She said that they faced problems initially with regards to water but it seems to have been resolved now. I was contemplating investing here too and since the property price is nominal. I need advice if I should go ahead or not.

My sister and brother-in-law wanted to buy a property for investment in Pune. One of the highly recommended properties was Fortune Perfect. Since they had some questions regarding the project, they talked about it to the sales team.

They first enquired about Fortune Perfect RERA Number. The sales team said that it was P52100015917.  Then My brother-in-law asked about the possession date, they were informed that it was completed in December 2020.

They got a detailed download of the property area, amenities, location, flats construction, facilities, etc. and they specifically mentioned that the sales team was patient enough to answer everything. They haven’t yet confirmed their booking here but I think they had a positive feedback.

I have been exploring properties in Pune for a while. I have a modest budget so I am just looking at 1BHKs and 2BHKs. I recently read Fortune Perfect reviews online and decided to check it out.

I wanted to ensure that the area is nice and connectivity is good or else my investment would be a waste. As far as Fortune Perfect location is concerned, I found that hospitals such as Noble Hospital are within 3 km distance. More Supermarkets are five minutes away for residents convenience.

I think flats are decent too but I have heard that construction quality might have some issue. Could anyone please confirm?
