What are the Reviews of Fortune Towers Madhapur Hyderabad?

My brother wanted to have a house of his own hence on his friend’s recommendations, he checked out Fortune Towers Madhapur. During his visit there, he learned that there were only 3 BHK flats on offer having a super built-up area between 2455 to 3160 sq ft.

He also checked the project interiors and found that the 

• Windows have VPCC sliding shutters with tinted glass. 

• Vitrified tiles are laid in the bedroom, living, kitchen and dining areas. 

• A Granite Platform with a stainless steel sink has been installed in every kitchen kitchen.

He was very happy with the overall look of the project. He had a budget of Rs 4.5 Crore for this project so could buy a 3 BHK flat easily here. He knew that it would be a great long-term investment for him and it seems he was true. 

My Mother’s friend who resides in Hyderabad wanted to invest in a property there. While searching for properties, she found the Fortune Towers Madhapur and showed it to us with great interest in it. She even went to check out the project and learned that all the apartments were spacious and totally Vastu compliant. 

Since the Fortune Towers Possession Date was 2011, you will find ready to move in apartments there. As for the amenities, she mentioned that the residents can enjoy:

• 24*7 Internet services 

• The project has multiple sports courts and a children’s play zone.

• There is an ATM and Library inside its premises. 

She was satisfied with it and felt it would be a worthy choice to invest here. So based on her review, I can assure you that the project is worth investing in. 

While hunting for properties in Hyderabad, I came across the Fortune Towers Review and liked it mainly because of its location. It enjoys a great connectivity. The Fortune Towers Location is near the Image Hospital, Madhapur, Hyderabad. 

During my visit there, I found that the Madhapur Hitech Theatre and Madhapur Police Station bus stop are located very close to it.

There are well-known malls, schools, commercial hubs and others located near it like:

• The La Excellence IAS Madhapur and Cgr International School are within 1 km

• Hitech City Railway Station is within 3 km

• Madhapur Metro Station (Blue Line) is within 1.5 km

• Inorbit Mall is within 1.5 km

• Meenakshi Tech Park and Avance Business Hub are within 2.3 km

The transport systems are robust here which helps in easy commuting for the residents of this project. I would surely lock in a flat here. Soon and suggest others investing here.
