So, I wanted to purchase a property which is near a creche. Since I am a working
mother
and at times I urgently need someone to take care of my children. So, my colleague suggested that I check out the apartments in Gagan Avencia. Thankfully, they have their own creche and this place is also close to my office so I have decided to buy a property here and settle in. The amenities are also great. There are swimming pools, amphitheatre, clubs, multipurpose lawn, etc available. I will go on a site visit and if everything works I will finalise an apartment in Gagan Avencia. This is the Gagan Avencia review.

If you want to purchase a property in Kharadi I would tell you to check out the properties in Gagan Avencia. The Gagan group is creating an outstanding project in this area. The location of this project is great since the IT Parks are only 2-10 mins away. There are many schools and colleges nearby and the Pune Airport is only 25 mins away. My uncle said purchased a flat in this project because all the flats are spacious. He booked a 3BHK 101.08 SQM flat for this project. This project was completed in September 2022 and all the flats are ready to move in condition. Besides, the pricing of the property is also decent. I hope you like my Gagan Avencia review.
