I am writing this Gagan Royal Palm review because I recently visited the Gagan Royal Palm project. Overall, I am pleased with the project's construction quality. But, one of my friends, Nirmal, told me that the developer delayed the possession. As he booked an apartment in Gagan Ela in January 2018 and is still waiting for possession. The worst part is that the builder is not ready to compensate. Hence, I am a little worried and still thinking about whether I should invest in this project or not.

When I visited this Gagan Royal Palm project, I discovered that the project is a RERA-registered one and the RERA ID is P52100016753. This project is an under-construction one and the expected possession by Dec 2024. I was also informed that the price of apartments starts from Rs. 82 Lacs. The unit sizes in this apartment range from 752 sq ft. - 766 sq ft.
