What are the reviews of Ganesh Joynest, Chikhali ,Pune?

I wanted to live in a society with great amenities. A friend recommended  Ganesh Joynest as an option. I read Ganesh Joynest review and brochures to check the facilities being given.  The society will have  24*7 security,rainwater harvesting system, sewage treatment plant,clubhouse, shopping centre, amphitheatre, community hall, party area,basketball badminton courts and library. We will see the quality of these amenities once the flat is handed over. 

In my Ganesh Joynest review I will share the legal status. The project is registered under the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) with the registration number P52100022616.The possession date of the project was expected to be in December 2022, but the project is in a delayed phase of construction.There have been no announcement of a revised possession date for Ganesh Joynest yet.

The  Ganesh Joynest  property comprises 287 units of 1 BHK and 2 BHK collectively.The society is currently under construction. Ganesh Constructions Builders: SB Patil Group  have  announced the possession date as  Jun, 2024. All the units are Vastu compliant and their size ranges from 358 sq. ft. to 757 sq. ft. The price range of the flats varies from Rs. 18 lakhs to Rs. 37 lakhs. The price and build of units is at par with other societies in the area.

I will share a Ganesh Joynest review. I am impressed with the location of this residential project.Chikhali is fast-developing and close to IT and mechanical hubs as well as entertainment and dining outlets.Chikhali, Sane Chowk, and Anganwadi Chowk bus stops are within a distance of 6-8 minutes.Laxmi Clinic, Aastha Hospital, and Lotus Multispeciality Hospital are within a distance of 8-11 minutes. Vishwakalyan School, GSK English School, and Sanskruti Preschool are within a distance of 2-8 minutes. Ganesh Joynest is a good society but the roads leading to Ganesh Joynest are broken. I hope the municipality makes the roads again and fixes this small issue.
