What are the reviews of Ganga Vasant, Handewadi, Pune?

The best part of Ganga Vasant is its location. The society is easily accessible to major landmarks and transportation options. The bus stop is 1.3 Kms away. The airport and railway station are a short drive away. There is plenty of educational and medical infrastructure in the area with PBMA’s H. V. Desai Eye Hospital,Patil Hospital,Shatau Nursing Home,Hotel Samruddhi. There are plenty of entertainment options nearby as well: Balaji Supermarket,Gitai Garden,Mataji SuperMarket. I will share a short Ganga Vasant review. The project offers a wide range of amenities and features to cater to the needs of its residents such as a modular kitchen, air conditioning, and high-speed internet The developers of Ganga Vasant have promised that the best amenities will be present. The list includes two lifts for each building with generator backup,swimming pool, gymnasium, club house, and a children's play area. You can check the society details online.

It's difficult to give a Ganga Vasant review as the project is still under construction.  According to the brochure, the society will have a premium look and feel to it. With vitrified flooring, anti – Skid floor tiles in toilets and dry terraces, granite Kitchen platform with stainless steel sink,good quality bricks/block, gypsum plaster,glazed tiles dado above kitchen platform. All units will have earthquake – resistant RCC frame structure,plywood/wooden laminated door frames. Ganga Vasant will also have concealed copper wiring with MCB and decorative laminated main entrance door with safety lock and nameplate.

Ganga Vasant started in 2019 and the completion date has been set as June, 2024. As far as I know there have been no major problems reported.The RERA registration number of Ganga Vasant  is P52100027099.Buyers can choose between 1 BHK and 2 BHK units, with sizes ranging from 519 sqft to 986 sq ft.
