It was a long and hectic working day in the office. So I went to take a cup of coffee. There I heard someone talking about this property. So I researched a bit about this property. The Gaurav Regency by Ravi Group guarantees a pleasant lifestyle via the finest amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, 24-hour power backup, spa, rainwater harvesting system and 24X7 security system. And from what I know, this project is among the most attractive residential developments on Mira Road East. And these amenities are enough for me to take a decision and so I did. Let me share my Gaurav Regency review. One day, I was just going home after shutting off my electronics shop on Mira Road. On my way home, I saw a poster advertising Gaurav Regency. It was looking so appealing and I wanted to take a look at it. So I visited their office the very next day. The manager showed me the configuration of the flats. They offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments priced at around Rs.37, Rs.52 and Rs.67 Lakhs respectively. So the prices were up to my budget and then I booked a flat there. If you also find this configuration convenient, maybe you can also think about it.
