I will give you my Geown Oasis review based on my visit to the project site and my knowledge about Geown Oasis location. During my visit, I saw that there is an exclusive clubhouse with a multipurpose hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, steam/sauna, indoor badminton court, billiards and much more.
The Geown Oasis Phase 3 address is Sy No. 123, 124 and 116, Hobli, V. Kallahalli, Sarjapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125. It is located 2.5 km off Sarjapur Road with close proximity to Wipro HQ, ITPB, Electronic City, etc. This is also why I invested here because it was in very close proximity to my workplace. Godrej Park Retreat, Sarjapur, Bangaloreand
SJR Parkway Homes Sarjapur Road Bangaloreas they came under the same price range and also suited my location requirements. However, after a comparative analysis, I decided to go with Geown Oasis Phase 3.

Geown Oasis Phase 3 possession date is June 2025. I was looking for a flat in the Sarjapura area in Bangalore because the commute to my office was a big problem. I wanted to move to a flat in Sarjapur, so my friend suggested Geown Oasis Phase 3. He said that the project was RERA approved with RERA ID PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/071122/005417. The flats are Vastu compliant with contemporary design. I could also see that there is abundant natural light and ventilation. There is also an exclusive Clubhouse with a gymnasium, swimming pool, steam/sauna and more.
