Ghodawat Skystar is located in Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon West, which is a prime location in Mumbai.I was happy that the society is close to cafes and restaurants as well as hospitals and schools. Nesco IT Park,Ram Mandir and the Jogeshwari train station and Goregaon Police Station are five minutes away. RichFeel Trichology Center, Yashada Maternity & Nursing Home are few of medical infrastructure in the area. in/from Dec, 2025. I have high expectations from Ghodawat Realty as they are a leading developer of luxurious high-rises in Mumbai. Necessary approvals have been obtained from the relevant authorities.The project is registered under the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) with registration number P51800027737. This means that the project has been approved by the regulatory authority and is compliant with all necessary guidelines and regulations.

I booked a Vastu-compliant 2 BHK unit in the society. Along with spacious flats I will get state-of-the-art fire protection features, security, and a beautiful park and garden, community centre, supermarket, health club, on-site running track and gym facilities and swimming pool. Pretty much everything of convenience is easily available in society. Dunzo, Swiggymart, Blinkit will deliver groceries with ease.
If you want to invest in Ghodawat Skystar, you should look at other acclaimed projects by Ghodawat Realty instead of Ghodawat Skystar review. You will get to know about the architecture, material used, maintenance etc. Moreover, it will help you answer whether investing in this society is worth the price or not. The price tag of Ghodawat Skystar is definitely pricey i.e Rs. 2 crores to Rs. 2.82 crores. If this seems out of budget, you can check other projects in the area with a more affordable price tag.
