What are the reviews of Godrej Athena, Indiranagar, Bangalore?

The two major aspects I like about this project are the Godrej Athena location and its style. As soon as I entered its premises, it felt like I was in Rome, and trust me, I am not exaggerating. Since the project is still under construction, I am waiting for it to be near the completion date so that I can take a final call. As for location, this project is in Indiranagar, a famous, safe, and polished area in Bangalore, and lies near the Indiranagar-HAL area. 

Bus stops, markets, malls, hospitals- everything is accessible from here easily. Like, the HAL Police Station Bus Stop, Simarouba Nature Cure Centre, Venus Hospital A Multi Speciality Unit, Bachpan Play School, Thippasandra, Gopalan Grand Mall, More Supermarket, etc are all within 4 km. So you can take your call as per your requirements and budget, but I will rate it 10/ 10 in my Godrej Athena review.

Godrej Athena is such a beauty. I have been there twice and completely love it. This project is inspired by the Greco-Roman architecture, and the properties here are.

• Well-styled as per European buildings

• They are spacious and enjoy superb ventilation

• The Godrej Athena price list is a bit high, starting from Rs 2.79 crore, but I feel it is justified for 3 BHK properties

I assure you that you will love it. The Godrej Athena possession date is set for January 2028, so there is enough time to consider, check it out, and then decide.

Godrej Athena features three-bedroom and luxurious three-bedroom homes in a low-rise Greco-Roman design. I went to the property site with my sister as she wished to invest in this property. We researched well about this property before paying a visit. You should know that Godrej Athena has close proximity to health facilities, schools, and amenities in the nearby Indiranagar, Thippasandra, CV Raman Nagar, Old Madras Road, Old Airport Road, IT and Biz parks in & around Marathahalli ORR. So, if you are planning to move in with your family, like my sister, then I would say Godrej Athena is a great choice. The best thing is that the apartments are all Vastu compliant. 

In my opinion, you can surely invest here.

I think the cost of

Godrej Athena

is a tad bit expensive. They offer 1710 square feet 3 BHK variants starting at ₹2.60 crores and 2050 square feet 3 BHK Luxe variants starting at ₹3 Crores. I wanted to buy a 3 BHK unit here, so I requested a breakdown and explanation of the charges that were included in this amount, from the builder. The developer informed me that the rates for this configuration comprise the basic price, car parking fees, clubhouse fees, maintenance, BWSSB & BESCOM charges, legal fees, GST, preferred and location fees extra. that franking fees, stamp fees, and property registration fees are additional per government regulations and are not included in the price of the configurations.

So, all in all, the price is way too much for a middle-class person.

I also noticed while going to the project site that getting to Old Airport Road, Inner Ring Road, Old Madras Road, Marathahalli, and significant areas of East Bangalore during peak hours is hampered by traffic bottlenecks.

So, analyse all the aspects and make your decision accordingly.

I had always known about the quality of work of Godrej so I knew if I ever invested in a property, it would be one of Godrejs. So, after pondering over the properties of Godrej I visited Godrej Athena a week ago. The first thing that impressed me was the sales crew, which was friendly and explained the project fully. Also, I loved the location. It's a tranquil place. The flats offer a beautiful view as well. I am most excited about all the promised amenities in the project once the project is finished, which is expected to be in possession by 2028.

However, I must also make you aware in my Godrej Athena review that the project's access roads are currently very narrow. Still, a project of this size will undoubtedly widen them before it is completed. 

So, after contemplating all the pros and cons of Godrej Athena I reserved a unit here and will unquestionably refer to my friends and family.
