So, if you are planning to move in with your family, like my sister, then I would say Godrej Athena is a great choice. The best thing is that the apartments are all Vastu compliant.

I think the cost of
Godrej Athena
is a tad bit expensive. They offer 1710 square feet 3 BHK variants starting at ₹2.60 crores and 2050 square feet 3 BHK Luxe variants starting at ₹3 Crores. I wanted to buy a 3 BHK unit here, so I requested a breakdown and explanation of the charges that were included in this amount, from the builder. The developer informed me that the rates for this configuration comprise the basic price, car parking fees, clubhouse fees, maintenance, BWSSB & BESCOM charges, legal fees, GST, preferred and location fees extra. I should also tell you in this

that franking fees, stamp fees, and property registration fees are additional per government regulations and are not included in the price of the configurations.
So, all in all, the price is way too much for a middle-class person.
I also noticed while going to the project site that getting to Old Airport Road, Inner Ring Road, Old Madras Road, Marathahalli, and significant areas of East Bangalore during peak hours is hampered by traffic bottlenecks.
So, analyse all the aspects and make your decision accordingly.

I had always known about the quality of work of Godrej so I knew if I ever invested in a property, it would be one of Godrejs. So, after pondering over the properties of Godrej I visited Godrej Athena a week ago. The first thing that impressed me was the sales crew, which was friendly and explained the project fully. Also, I loved the location. It's a tranquil place. The flats offer a beautiful view as well. I am most excited about all the promised amenities in the project once the project is finished, which is expected to be in possession by 2028.
However, I must also make you aware in my Godrej Athena review that the project's access roads are currently very narrow. Still, a project of this size will undoubtedly widen them before it is completed.
So, after contemplating all the pros and cons of Godrej Athena I reserved a unit here and will unquestionably refer to my friends and family.
