What are the reviews of Godrej Nature Plus, Sector 33 Sohna, Gurgaon?

Godrej Nature Plus has already grabbed a lot of attention, so I went to check out this project last year. I asked the sales team about the Godrej Nature Plus floor plans there and learned that the apartment size is between 1310 sq ft and 1996 sq ft, and the price of the apartments starts at Rs 1.35 crore. As for the

Godrej Nature Plus construction update, let me tell you that this project is also on the verge of wrapping up. I believe the project is just to get its finishing touch. The Godrej Nature Plus possession date is set for June 2023 and I believe they won’t be delaying it any further.

I checked out the

Godrej Nature Plus brochure online and planned to visit it soon. I called my friend who had invested in this project and got to learn some bitter truths about it. She had already invested here and paid the booking fee and was assured that on cancellation this amount will get refunded but that did not happen. She booked an apartment here in August and cancelled it in October and on asking about the refund, the simply stated that the amount has been fortified as per the agreement. The funny part is my friend had not signed any such contract. It is pathetic to see such a famous brand scamming buyers. So it is a BIG NO for this project. The Godrej Nature Plus floor plans might interest you to invest here but please don’t fall for it.

I found the pricing of

 Godrej Nature Plus very suitable for my needs and budget.  Godrej Nature Plus price ranges from Rs 64 lakh to Rs 93 Lakh for a super built-up area ranging between 1,200 sq ft to 1,900 sq ft. It is quite spacious for the price at which they are being offered. I visited the property and saw it for myself. I also examined the amenities they promise and I must tell you that all the amenities are quite modern. Although some people may find the property pricey, in my view one can invest this much for the built up area they offer. I also read some Godrej Nature Plus review which says that the maintenance charges are quite high. I cannot comment on that since I could get a chance to talk to any of the residents. But apart from that, I found Godrej Nature Plus price very comfortable and I am certainly going to purchase a flat here.

I immediately visited the project site and found that the builder has integrated senior citizen friendly features such as a sun deck, senior citizens sit out, and landscaped parks in the design of Godrej Nature Plus. Vardaan hospital is located 3 kilometres away. But, aside from that, there aren't many amenities available right now and also the

Godrej Nature Plus price is a little too high

. Apart from cabs and auto-rickshaws, public transportation such as buses and metro is now inaccessible. As a result, I would advise you to go on a site visit, read the Godrej Nature Plus review and check out the area before investing.

I decided to put money into Godrej Nature Plus because I wanted to get a decent return on my investment. After doing some research on the project, I found a lot of Godrej Nature Plus review that indicated it might yield significant returns in 3-4 years because the Gurgaon Sohna elevated highway will be operational in a year, making Sohna a part of Gurgaon and all the developments will reap strong returns. I visited the property site several times and discovered that the location is also quite convenient, and the level of amenities is excellent.

My other concern was the Godrej Nature Plus price.

I found out that Godrej Nature Plus as a project is a bit overpriced right now as compared to other projects. So if you want to invest in this project to get good returns, I would suggest you do a comparative analysis with other nearby projects too.
