The Godrej Park Retreat phase 2 price is around Rs. 93 lakhs, which fits in our budget. The property’s location is favourable and there are a lot of amenities on offer. There’s a spa, visior’s parking, gym, sauna, basketball court, housekeeping, swimming pool and lots more. The carpet area of the 3 BHK is also good,ranging from 997 to 1049 sq. ft. Godrej Properties is a well known and reputed builder, which further had me and my family interested in booking the apartment. I accompanied my dad to this project. The exact Godrej Park Retreat address is Carmelaram, Hadosiddapura, Chikkakannalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035. We really liked the Godrej Park Retreat location. Some of the locational advantages are as follows;

• Carmelaram Railway Station is only 7 min drive time

• Outer Ring Rd is only 15 min drive time

• Manipal Hospital is only a 15-minute drive

• RGA Tech Park is only 6 min drive

We are planning to book a unit here. If you are planning the same, I’d like to request you to visit this project and do your due diligence.
