Hi,

One of my friends informed me that the Godrej South Estate construction update is under construction. Nonetheless, the superstructure for the two towers that will be delivered in Phase 1 is completed. He also told me that the expected Godrej South Estate possession date is by May 2026. I got to know that it has the following unit configurations;

  • 2 BHK: 976 sq. ft.

  • 2 BHK + Study: 1446 sq. ft.

  • 3 BHK: 1788 sq. ft.

  • 4 BHK + Utility: 2518 sq. ft.

My parents accompanied me to this project’s site a few months back. The Godrej South Estate address is Plot No B, 319, Pocket B, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110025. We realised that the Godrej South Estate price was way beyond our budget. We got to know that the price of apartments ranges from Rs. 5.76 Crores - Rs. 9.63 Crores. If budget was not a constraint then I would have booked an apartment here mainly because of the lucrative Godrej South Estate location;

  • The Indira Gandhi International Airport is just a 20 mins drive 

  • It is well connected to Faridabad, Gurgaon, and Noida

  • Indraprastha Apollo Hospital is just 1.6 km away
