I visited Godrej woods, and I was so pleased by the location. It was a few miles distant from popular attractions including the GIP Mall, the WoW water park, and the Okhla Bird Sanctuary. Godrej Woods has a forest-like feel to it. Stay in the City, Live in the Woods is justified by the urban forest in the centre, which is encircled by residential towers. Also, I would like to highlight that it is an under-construction project and the possession is expected by March 2025.

My friend booked an apartment here and even gave them the token money but later, their sales team rejected her offer. The Godrej Woods price list is itself too much and on that, they asked my friend to pay more if she really wants the apartment since the token money she gave according to them was too less. I couldn’t understand why didn't they speak of it as soon as she paid the money. I myself also went through the Godrej Woods floor plan and did not find it so attractive. They are indeed charging a lot for the apartments. The Godrej Woods Noida price starts from 1 crore for a 2 BHK apartment but you will get several affordable apartments in that very area so be very cautious while investing here. They always make false commitments so it's hard to rely on them. They have set the Godrej Woods Noida possession for 2026 for Phase 1 and 2027 for phase 2 and 3. If you are really interested in this project, I will suggest you wait a few more years and then decide rather than booking an apartment now.

Hi Buddy,

In this Godrej Woods review, I would like to expose the malicious business practice that they adopted. It was clearly stated that costs were all-inclusive and included covered parking at the time of booking. I was shocked to see open parking when I received a welcome letter from Godrej Woods yesterday in response to my reservation. Godrej has been robbing people by selling them extremely pricey homes that cost 1.2 Crores and don't even have covered parking. I want to raise my complaint to the consumer court for making false commitments and acting irresponsibly.

Hi Buddy, Last Saturday while looking for a flat, I went to the Godrej Woods project. I was, however, utterly unsatisfied with the project's quality. Nothing unique about the layout or location, very simple house. This project is exorbitant; they are asking for Rs. 2.20 Cr. for 1525 square feet with a loading that is about 30%, so you can figure that they are asking for Rs. 2.20 to Rs. 2.30 Cr. for 1000 square feet. At this cost, one can construct a beautiful 5- to 6-bedroom double-story villa on their own. Simply put, if I buy the apartment for three crores, what are the possibilities of getting rental income from it that is at least similar to keeping three crores in the bank.
