What are the Reviews of Godrej Woodscapes, Budigere Cross, Bangalore?

Hi, The Godrej Woodscapes address is near Budigere Decathlon, Konadasapura, Budigere, Bangalore. It is a RERA registered project and the Godrej Woodscapes RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006882, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/170524/006888. On enquiring the sales team about the Godrej Woodscapes construction status, I was informed that the,

• Phase 1 Launch: Jan 2024

• Phase 2 Launch: June 2024

• Proposed Completion date for Phase 1: 31-01-2029

• Proposed Completion date for Phase 2: 01-06-2030

Overall, I liked the project’s location. Old Madras Road and Budigere Cross are well connected. It is 16.5 kilometers (via NH-75) to the Baiyappanahalli Metro Station (Purple Line). Whitefield Railway Station is 9 km away and provides good service to the area. Traveling on SH-104 will take you to Kempegowda International Airport in around fifty minutes.

This is my honest Godrej Woodscapes review. From my recent visit to this project, I can point out a few facts that I consider a matter of concern,

1. As the project is located on dry land, there may be a serious ground water shortage in the future. Borewells won't help at all.

2. A terrible place with heavy traffic. It's a major problem if you try to cross over to the other side of the old Madras road.

3. The project is launched in June 2024 and the expected Godrej Woodscapes possession date is by Jan 2028. 

It was not possible for me to wait that long as I was looking for ready to move projects in this area. So I checked out

Hello, I recently visited this project. The builder team provided me with the price list,

I was informed by the sales team that the buyer is supposed to pay 10% of the total amount while booking any apartment in the project. Overall, I liked this project. However, after going through a few online reviews I am concerned about the fact that this project might face serious water problems. It is expected that from day 1 it will be completely dependent on tankers. Can anyone who has invested here or is planning to do so, help me with the authenticity of this information?
