My sister booked an apartment here. This decision was primarily based on the favourable Godrej Woodsville location in Hinjewadi. My sister works in Pune International airport, so this project is around a 45 minute drive via Pashan Road. Also, my brother in law’s office is in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park which is just 5 minutes away. Another locational advantage is that the Balewadi Metro Station is just 12 minutes drive. Hence, because of these locational advantages she booked an apartment here.

I have booked an apartment here after doing all sorts of due diligence which also included going through several Godrej Woodsville reviews. I also went through several projects in and around Hinjewadi. One such project was
Lodha Panache. This is a good project however, I felt that Lodha Panache was a bit costly and was beyond my budget. It was offering a 2 BHK apartment at Rs. 1.02 Cr.+ whereas, I was getting a 2 BHK apartment in Godrej Woodsville at Rs. 88 Lakhs all inclusive. Hence, I decided to go with Godrej Woodsville.
