What are the Reviews of Golden Blossom Whitefield Bangalore?

My elder brother wanted to buy a house for future use. He saw a long list of projects. Out of which, Golden Blossom was narrowed down.

He inspected the project thoroughly. After that he posed a question regarding Golden Blossoms unit configurations. The project representatives obliged and showed him a docket which had the following details:

The price range started from 84 lakh Rs onwards. He checked the project interiors which had wooden laminated flooring in the bedrooms. Vitrified tiles in living and dining areas. There were anti-skid tiles in the bathrooms. The windows were aluminium powder coated and came with a glazed shutter.

He was a fan of how the interiors shaped out. Since he was with his wife, he completed the formalities and bought a 2 BHK flat here. He had a 1.1 crore budget and it was within his range.

A close relative of mine shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore permanently. Since his office was at Whitefield, he wanted to see properties there. This would help him make a quick daily commute. When he learnt about Golden Blossom, he wanted to see it in a hurry.

He and I went to the Golden Blossom location to see the project. Then he questioned regarding Golden Blossom Rera Number which was PRM/KA/RERA/1274/350/PR/180420/001501|12/2021. 

The flats were also entirely Vastu ready. When he asked about Golden Blossoms possession date he came to know that he could shift homes very quickly. After seeing the project he made his mind to invest here and he was very pleased with the step he had taken.

Being a resident of Bangalore, I wanted to have a look at properties in areas like Jayanagar and Koramanagala. But because my search was unsuccessful there, I decided to venture out elsewhere. While looking at some others, I heard a lot about Golden Blossom Reviews. Majority of them were pleasant and I felt a project visit was necessary.

Golden Blossom is located at Kadugodi, Near Sai Baba Ashram Road, Whitefield in Bangalore. I made my way and rounded the connecting areas. 

• The Sathya Sai Baba Mandir and Central Bank Kadugodi bus stops were available within a 3 km radius. 

• Whitefield and Goods Loading Terminal train stations were both less than 4 km away.

• New Life Hospital was just 8 minutes away from the project.

• The Deens Academy as well as Bloomers School were at a 7 km distance. 

• Apna Day Market and Loyal City HyperMarket were the closest places to buy daily goods.

The overall connectivity was very good. This was a strong reason which pulled me to buying a property here. Also, Whitefield has been a thriving area for many years in Bangalore.
