What are the reviews of Goodwill Metropolis, Lohegaon,Pune?

In my Goodwill Metropolis review, I will rate this project 10/10 mainly because of its configuration and pricing. I have checked out several projects in this area but all of them cost around Rs 80 lakh plus. However, Goodwill Metropolis has properties starting from just Rs 65 lakhs, which seems very affordable at least to me. Choice Group Builders is a reputed real estate builder and has always delivered

• Maintained on-time delivery of project

• Construct affordable properties

I enquired about the Goodwill Metropolis unit size and found that the:

• 2 BHKs have a carpet area of 757 sq ft

• 2.5 BHKs have 859 sq ft of carpet area and

• 3 BHKs have 960 sq ft carpet area

The Goodwill Metropolis unit configuration assures that the properties are spacious; hence, investing here will be a smart move. The Goodwill Metropolis RERA number has also been provided so be assured it has no legal litigation surrounding it. I am planning to have a 2 BHK here soon and will suggest others check it out at least once.

I am writing this Goodwill Metropolis Lohegaon review based on my experience from my recent visit. The Goodwill Metropolis Lohegaon address is Porwal Rd, Kand Nagar, Kutwal Colony, Lohegaon, Pune, Maharashtra 411047. From the moment I stepped here, I felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the sales team. After phase 1, they are launching phase 2 with 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments. This is RERA registered and the Goodwill Metropolis Lohegaon RERA number for Phase-I P52100004611, Phase-II P52100023272. 

The amenities are top-notch, offering everything from a well-equipped gym to beautiful green spaces for relaxation. The staff was professional and always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, I liked the project and booked a 2.5 BHK in phase 2 of Goodwill Metropolis Lohegaon.

Hi, I am on a house hunt and planning to book a 3 BHK apartment in Lohegaon. I had paid a visit to this project. The Goodwill Metropolis Lohegaon unit configuration is as follows;

On discussing with the sales team, I realised that the Goodwill Metropolis Lohegaon 2 BHK price starts from Rs. 68.28 Lakhs. Overall, I liked the project but I am also looking for other good projects in this area like the

I saw the Goodwill Metropolis brochure online and noticed that a variety of housing options are offered to buyers, including 1BHK (435 - 450 sq.ft.), 2 BHK (527 - 728 sq.ft.), and 3 BHK(713.22 - 877 sq.ft.).  The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with ample natural light and ventilation. Goodwill Metropolis  also takes into account the principles of Vastu Shastra.The project will have  3 towers, with 12 floors each and 208 units on offer. It will spread over an area of 7.39 acres. I will write a VTP Bellissimo review once I get the possession of the flat.  The expected possession date is set as Jun, 2023. Currently, the project status is partially ready to move.

The best part of Goodwill Metropolis is its location. The project is situated in Kutwal Colony, Lohegaon, making it easily accessible to major landmarks and transportation options. It is ideal for those who want near educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and entertainment venues. Few of the premium  educational and medical brands in the area are  Om Hospital, Sai Hospital, and Orchid Hospital and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dr. Mar Theophilus School, Pune International School, Dr. D Y Patil School of Engineering & Technology and Symbiosis Law School, Royce International School.Pune Junction Station is a 40 min drive from the project location.Thanks for reading my Goodwill Metropolis review.

The construction of the project is done from premium materials : Earthquake resistant R.C.C. framed structure,24in x24in vitrified flooring for entire flat,GI skin pass french door for all terraces, designer glazed wall tiles up to lintel level in toilets,hot and cold mixer unit in bathroom/toilet and branded plumbing, sanitary fixtures and C.P. fittings.
