The Goodwill Verve 3 BHK price is also affordable. This project is situated in a prime area. Additionally, he mentioned how helpful and cooperative the sales staff was with their customer. The Goodwill Verve Pune possession date that he received is May 2026. He finally rated this project 5.

I don't think it's worth it at all to purchase this project. It all seemed nice when I first visited the Goodwill Verve by Choice Group site in the morning. Then, in the late evening of my second visit, I gave up on the thought of buying since there were many insects flying around my head. After further investigation, I came to know that flies and mosquitoes frequently visit the project because people dump trash on the road outside of it. Additionally, there is a severe water crisis, and the majority of the summer is spent with muddy roads. I will rate this project 2 out of 5 under my Goodwill Verve by Choice Group Pune reviews.

Hence, I decided to go for projects in Hinjewadi, such as Kolte Patil Life Republic or Paranjape Blue Ridge , instead of making reservations here, as they have adequate infrastructure and roads in place, and the metro phase will open by the following year.
