We are all set to book a 2 BHK here by next year, mainly because of the builder. The Goyal The Orchid Life is an under-construction project being developed by the Goyal And Co. Hariyana Group. They have already become one of the most renowned builders for delivering top-notch projects. I read their reviews and learned that they have delivered more than 250 projects and have around 30k+ customers.

I would like to highlight some of the main aspects of this project in this Goyal The Orchid Life review:

• This project has 8 buildings and 700 units in total.

• As for the Goyal The Orchid Life unit configuration, do know that this project has only 2 BHK and 3 BHK properties.

• The Goyal The Orchid Life RERA number has also been assigned: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151223/006487

• The Goyal The Orchid Life price is between Rs 1.04 crore and Rs. 2.07 crore.

I am impressed and can assure you that investing here will be a good decision. Also the Goyal The Orchid Life unit size denotes that the apartments will be spacious. They are between 1180 sq ft and 1800 sq ft.

My cousin was looking for a Vastu-compliant house and he had a budget of Rs 2 crore. As this project seems to be providing apartments as per his budget, he paid a visit and shared his reviews.

While the amenities, location and building interiors stood out for him, I suggested he should look for more options as the possession date is not too close. But it is a decent project so you can consider buying a property here if the timeline suits you. 

I like this project mainly because of The Goyal The Orchid Life location. It is located near RS Palace (Revanna Siddheshwara Kalyana Mantapa), Gunjur Village, Gunjur Village, Varthur Main Road. You can travel to any place from this project without much hassle. Some of the prominent places you can access in minutes from here are:

• Greenwood High School is just 7 km away.  

• Shankara Eye Hospital is 6.5 km away. 

• Reliance Trends comes at a 5km distance making the shopping easy.

• Varthur Police Station is situated at a distance of 4.9 km.

This project also provides easy access to Bellandur, Marathahalli and Whitefield, so if you work in any of these localities just like me, you can reach your office easily without spending hours in traffic. Location-wise I feel it is a great project to live in. You can definitely consider investing here. 

We had been looking for a 3 BHK for investment purposes and that is when we came across the Goyal The Orchid Life project. I visited the project and checked out a sample flat. The construction quality is good and the set of amenities provided are amazing too. I took a detailed download of the amenities, let me share them with you:

• A spacious and dedicated play area for children

• A lavish clubhouse

• Swimming pool

• A meditation centre 

• A green and large landscape garden

• Indoor games play area

• Spacious and well-equipped gym and other amenities
