What Are The Reviews Of Graffiti Glover, Keshav Nagar, Pune?

My brother got a call from Venkatesh Graffiti Glover's sales team last month. After asking about the carpet area and 3 BHK flat, my brother told her that it was too small and also there isn't a 3BHK flat, so he may not be interested. She started laughing uncontrollably. What sort of behaviour is this? Hence, my brother made the decision not to buy a flat in this development. My closest friend asked that we visit a few of the nearby projects, like:

We recently went to both projects. I saw how knowledgeable and well-mannered the Godrej Rejuve sales team was. They also have a 3 BHK flat that is 1047 square feet with numerous amenities. In contrast with Venkatesh Graffiti Glover, there are a lot more hospitals, shopping centres, schools, and other establishments near this project. As it fell within his budget, he reserved a three-bedroom flat in Godrej Rejuve.

I recently received my neighbour's reviews of the Venkatesh Graffiti Glover. Two months ago, he bought an apartment in this community, and so far, everything is going great. He said that there are 350 strong, spacious, two-bedroom flats in this housing society. Almost every room is bright, airy, and cosy. Additionally, he told me that:

The Venkatesh Graffiti Glover possession date he received is December 2025. After listening to his reviews, I am also planning to visit the site and make the booking.

I visited this project with my parents. This project is developed by Venkatesh Developers. I am writing this Graffiti Glover review to highlight some of its great amenities. The project is expected to be secured for its residents because of the presence of industry-standard compliant fire safety measures, 24*7 security, and CCTV surveillance. There is a facility for the rainwater harvesting system. Some of the other amenities that are expected to be provided by the project are a community hall, clubhouse, children’s play area, gym, indoor games room, and swimming pool. Overall, I am happy with this project.

When I visited this Graffiti Glover project, I discovered that the project provides 2 BHK apartments and the unit configuration ranges from 776 sqft. - 827 sqft. The project is an under-construction one and the expected date of possession is by Mar 2024.  The price of apartments ranges from Rs. 69.47 Lacs - Rs. 76.12 Lacs.

has been rapidly growing as a prime residential locality. The Izabel and Kraus bus stations are just 10 minutes away, and Hadapsar train station can be reached within 10 minutes. Also, the nearby medical centres are Aditya Hospital and Sai Hospital which are within a distance of 9-13 minutes. The project’s locational advantages were one of the points that I considered while booking an apartment in this project.
