The quality of construction is great. The interiors of the apartments are polished and the materials provided to construct the house are good.
- Location:
The location is decent. All the schools, colleges, hospitals, and restaurants are situated within walking distance. Perks: Marve beach is only 4 km away. Kandivali Railway Station and Malad station are also nearby. Airport is only 18 kms away.
- Amenities:
The place provides top-class facilities that no other projects provide. Perks: Besides important amenities provided by most projects this project also provides exotic jacuzzis to its residents for relaxation.
- Pricing:
2 and 3 BHK apartment price starts at Rs. 1.43 cr. The pricing is a bit high!

The apartments are spacious offering 2 and 3 BHKs. 2 BHK carpet area is 638 sq ft and 3 BHK carpet area is 838 sq ft.

Gurukrupa Marina Enclave in Malad is a ready-to-move-in project. After checking out the project I felt this is the perfect project anyone can invest in. This project has all types of amenities such as a swimming pool, open-air amphitheatre, kid’s play park, cycling track, skating rink, garden, clubhouse, mini theatre, gym, banquet hall and many more. What I like about this project is that it has a creche. Both me and my wife
work
so we were planning to buy an apartment here. Of course, we won't be keeping our kids in creche but if required there is always a backup if you live in this community.
